Absolutely – but unfortunately the postage charges can be steep. Some overseas clients – with UK connections- have theirs delivered to a UK address and arrange to collect from there.
To keep the costs as low as possible for you, we don’t send the planner “signed for” but we do ensure that we have proof of postage, so that it’s traceable should it go astray (UK only). We are subject to standard Royal Mail delivery times, which are generally one to two working days in the UK but can be longer for overseas delivery. However, Pre-Order copies are not dispatched immediately – our currently posting date is w/b 24 November (which will be confirmed via email).
The Courageous Planner is not sold on a ‘try before you buy’ basis. There we don’t offer refunds/exchanges. Once you’ve handled your planner, we can’t resell it … so please be 100% sure before you buy.
Yes – you can buy a ‘digital only’ version. However, just to make you aware that the digital price is the same as the physical planner, which you get free when you purchase. Some clients who don’t want a hardback client arrange to ‘gift’ theirs to a friend/colleague.

If your planner has not arrived within one month after your order date, you must notify us immediately. After this date, we may not be able to investigate what has happened to your planner, and we reserve the right to charge you P&P to send a replacement

No – we don’t sell parts of the planner separately.
Based on previous years, we are expecting a spike in sales in the first 24 hours (and increased traffic to our website). This may result in a short delay in the delivery of your online bonus this week – so please don’t panic if they don’t arrive immediately.
